Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your item must be in the same condition it was when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene purposes, please ensure hygiene slip is still intact. We recommend trying swimwear bottoms over your own underwear.

Returns

To send the item back please fill out the returns form provided with your order. Choose whether if you would like a refund, exchange or store credit.

After shipping your return, you should receive a receipt with a tracking code so you can track the shipment.

Please hold onto this receipt as it is your proof of shipment. To ensure the arrival of your return, we strongly recommend sending the parcel by registered mail. If the return is not shipped using registered mail, UNCNSRD cannot be held liable for missing items.

We will send you an update once your order is received and refunded.

Please note return costs are not covered by UNCNSRD.

The fastest way to get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Approved returns will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank or credit card company may sometimes take additional time to process the refund.
